Room #1 is a very special room. It has a cathedral ceiling with 2 skylights. From the king-size bed you can see the moon and stars. In the morning, the sun will wake you. It has an adjoining sitting room where you can sit back and relax, read a book, or watch TV. There is also a desk to write postcards to your friends. This room has a private bathroom, with a large shower stall.

Room #2 is a bright room with large windows which overlook the front garden and the magnificent Magnolia tree. The room has a queen-size bed, and an "easy chair" to put up your feet after a hike through Lynn Canyon Park, or you can watch your favourite show on TV. There is also a desk to record your impressions of our city and parks. The bathroom with shower and tub is shared with #3 Guest Room.

Room #3 is our favourite room. It has large windows to enjoy Vancouver's skyline. The king size bed can be converted into 2 single beds. There is a desk to write your friends, or study up on your next destination. The bathroom with shower and tub is shared with #2 guest room. This room also has a TV and a VCR.

From $85.00 to $135.00 Per Night

Terms and Conditions:
Rates are based on double occupancy per night.
Children 12 and over are welcome.
A cot is available for a third person; Extra person charge: $20.
When booking, VISA or MC will guarantee your reservation.
Cash or Traveller's Cheques are preferred at your time of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 7 days.
Check-in: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. or by special arrangement.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
Minimum stay is 2 nights during high season.
